It's early, but Wild already in deep hole

After losing five straight road games out west, the Minnesota Wild find themselves in a deep hole. For the season, they are 1-6. They now are experiencing difficulty selling tickets for the first time in franchise history. However, the Wild are adjusting to a new coach, new players, and new philosophys. The entire franchise is hopeful they will get better as the season continues.

  1. This is a sad story. I knew they were doing terrible when I heard that they are the worst team in the NHL this year. Yes, they are experiencing a lot of changes, but I thought this new coach would do better than Lemaire, not worse. I sure do hope they get better. They just traded for a new player. I like your lead. The "deep hole" is really attention-grabbing. Thank you for leaving the reader on a hopeful note.

  3. Grade: 9/10
    Mistakes:
    • Should be philosophies
    • The team is singular, not plural. Therefore you should refer to "it" not "their"
